In a quiet park with cozy thatched-roof houses in a modern country house style, not far from the beach (900m) and within walking distance of the town center of Callantsoog, this oasis of well-being invites you to spend wonderful holidays. The house is located directly on the holiday resort's small lake with a spacious jetty.
The luxurious holiday villa with allergy-friendly equipment offers plenty of space for 5 people. The property with a sunny garden and terrace, lawn, modern garden furniture, beach chair, bicycle racks and 2 parking spaces is completely fenced.
On the ground floor there is the large living and dining room, patio doors with access to the terrace and beautiful garden directly on the lake, the open kitchen in country house style and separate storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron, etc as well as the entrance hallway with a separate Guest toilet.
The kitchen is generously furnished with a gas stove (4 hobs), oven, microwave (in the storage room), refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, etc. A fireplace in the living room ensures comfort. All floors in the house are covered with vinyl floors, except for the bathroom (tiles).
There are three separate bedrooms on the upper floor. 1 x bedroom with 200 x 200 bed and large closet, 1 x bedroom with 150 x 200 bed sofa bed (extendable) with wardrobe, 1 x bedroom with 90 x 200 bed with wardrobe. The bedroom windows are all equipped with fly protection. Duvets all 135 x 200 cm. The bathroom is also on the upper floor with a wonderful view of the small lake. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, separate bathtub, toilet, towel radiator and a large vanity unit.
The house was completely renovated in 2019.
